Gold Group AM practice: 5:45 – 7:00am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (If you are not in the Gold group please get approval from Coach Terry to join this practice).
Gold Group: 6:30 – 8:30pm M-F
Silver Group: 4:45 – 6:30pm M/W/F (*dryland first 15 minutes*) and 5:00 – 6:30pm T/Th
Bronze Group: 4:00 –5:00pm M-F
Saturdays
Gold Group: 7:00am – 9:00am
Silver Group: 9:00am – 10:30am
Bronze Group: 10:30am – 11:30am
Swimmers are placed into one of the above groups based on timed sets, technique and ability.
Practice times may change as needed.
No practice on meet days. Double practices may be held during school breaks. Check the calendar and emails for changes to practices.
Unless otherwise communicated, the team practices rain or shine. If conditions are questionable, coaching staff will decide if severe weather or other event creates unsafe swim conditions and will cancel or modify practice times. Changes to practice times or notice of cancellations (if any) are always communicated to the team through Remind notifications, email, and social media. Plan on attending practice – unless you hear otherwise.

Bronze Group – $140/month
Silver Group – $150/month
Gold Group – $150/month
- Swimmers will be placed into a group by Coach Terry based on ability.
- Families will receive a 10% sibling discount for the second swimmer and 50% for the 3rd.
- Note Families with multiple swimmers in different groups will see the discount applied to the lowest monthly charge.
- The maximum any family pays with 3 Silver swimmers would be charged $360/month
There is a $100 team registration fee. This fee includes a team swim cap and equipment bag.
